What do you hope to get from the mentorship? What are your expectations of working with a mentor?
How much time do you spend on your art practice? Are there constraints that inhibit your practice?
Have you received feedback or criticism of your work and how have you dealt with it? Please give an example.
Where do you want your art practice to be in 5 years? Do you have goals for your practice?
What skills and qualities are you looking for in a mentor?
